Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 three sixty° Health Solutions is a trading name of 360 Health Solutions Ltd.

1.2 We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours.

1.3 Should you wish to make a complaint, please email us at hello@360healthsolutions.co.uk and we will do our very best to address any issues you may have encountered.

2. Ordering

2.1 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure credit/debit card details and postal addresses are entered correctly in the website. We cannot accept responsibility for any delivery delays due to incorrect entry of customer details in the website.

2.2 Orders which have not been received after a reasonable period will be investigated by three sixty° Health Solutions. If the customer has not received an order within 5 working days for UK shipments, 10 days for EU shipments, and 15 days for shipments outside of the EU, they should email hello@360healthsolutions.co.uk.

2.3 We reserve the right to not process an order.

2.4 The information entered by the customer on our website is secure. We do NOT store any credit/debit card details, once they are entered in our website they are immediately passed securely to our payment gateway to perform an instant transaction.

3. Shipping

3.1 three sixty° Health Solutions makes every effort to deliver orders within 3 working days, however we cannot accept responsibility for any late delivery due to courier/postal service issues.

3.2 All orders placed before 2pm will be processed and shipped on the same day.  Orders placed after 2pm will be processed and shipped the following working day. 

3.3 All deliveries will be made during normal working hours, Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries are not standard, but may occur if using Royal Mail.

3.4 All shipments within the UK are free if your order is over £50.00 (including VAT), and will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. If your order is below £50.00, UK shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.00. Shipments to other European Union countries are charged a flat fee of £5.00.

3.5 All shipments to countries outside of the EU will be charged at a flat fee of £10. Please note that if ordering from outside the EU, you may be charged customs fees or taxes on your shipment.  If you are unsure, please check with the customs agency in your country. three sixty° Health Solutions accepts no responsibility for customs levies charged to the customer. In the event that a shipment is rejected, three sixty° Health Solutions will refund the original cost of the items, less the shipping fees charged to us by our selected postal service or courier, whichever is the greater. Please note that these fees may be different to the flat rate fee charged to ship the items in the first instance.

4. Returns

4.1 For products being returned, you must email hello@360healthsolutions.co.uk to inform us prior to goods being returned.

4.2 Undamaged and unopened items will be fully refunded if the product is returned to us in its original unopened state within 7 working days of receipt, and returned via an insured courier or proof of postage is obtained by the customer. The cost of returning the goods lies with the customer. Product cost will be refunded within 4 working days of receipt of the returned goods.

4.3 Damaged goods will be refunded or replaced within 7 working days after the damaged item has been received by three sixty° Health Solutions. The customer must email  hello@360healthsolutions.co.uk for further instruction on returning the item.  The cost of returning the damaged product will be paid by three sixty° Health Solutions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you (“the customer”) have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. However there are certain conditions that you must meet:

5.1.1 You must contact us in writing by email at hello@360healthsolutions.co.uk or via post at 397 Parrs Wood Road, Manchester, M20 5WA, either before your order is shipped or within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods, advising us that you wish to cancel your purchase of the item(s). An email, or letter if you are corresponding by post, will be sent to you within one working day advising you of the address to which you must return the item(s)

5.1.2 You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage, use a carrier that offers transit insurance against loss or damage and that requires a signature as proof of delivery. The goods must arrive back with us in the same condition as they were received. Should the goods arrive at three sixty° Health Solutions in a damaged condition we will not accept the delivery. Personalised items cannot be cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations.

5.1.3 A full refund including the original postage and packaging charges to send the goods out will be given within 4 working days of the goods being received by three sixty° Health Solutions. If you cancel your order before the goods are shipped then you will not be liable for any charges. All cancelled goods are returned at the customer's expense and liability.

6. Website

6.1 Where there are any technical issues with the website, hello@360healthsolutions.co.uk should be notified and we will endeavour to resolve the issue. However, if the issue lies with the payment processing service, then three sixty° Health Solutions cannot be held responsible, although we will do everything possible to help resolve the issue.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 Products sold or supplied by three sixty° Health Solutions are not intended for the treatment, prevention and cure of any medical condition. Never exceed recommended intake unless professionally advised.

7.2 Information provided on this website is not intended or implied to be a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or advice and should not be regarded as such. We make no medical claims as to the benefits of any of the products to improve medical conditions.

7.5 Seeking medical advice should never be delayed, nor should any such advice be disregarded, as a result of any information provided on this web site.
